Frequently Asked Questions WILL I INTERVIEW MY PHOTOGRAPHER? Yes! In a comfortable environment, your photographer will inquire about your special interests and the details of your event. We provide suggestions, creative concepts and unique service options that are available. WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT? Bring a creative mind! We enjoy clients who are inspired by our work and bring their own creativity to the table. We will bring many ideas to inspire imagination. We will start with colors, themes, your special interests and go from there. CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A PASSWORD TO MY RELATIVES EVENT? Friends and family members must contact the event coordinator for this information. The site is a secure location and we will not compromise a clients wishes of privacy. Also not all sessions are posted on the web. DO YOU BRING BACK UP EQUIPMENT? We bring and use our back up equipment. Clients are assigned a single photographer to cover the event. Either Dawn or Greg will be your photographer. However, it is common practice for both to photograph your event. This means more images to choose from and a better value for our services. Two photographers, two cameras functioning. That's one way we combat horror stories! HOW MUCH IS YOUR RETAINER FEE? The retainer fee is between 30-50 percent of the total balance. This percentage is based on the scheduled date.
